Your plan looks to capitalize on your strengths and minimize and/or eliminate your weaknesses. At the same time, a good plan for development takes advantage of the opportunities and plans to take care of potential threats.

Karl has always advocated to his clients the importance of managing personal development. Originally designing this APP for his own use inn his executive coaching practice with every client, Karl quickly realized the tremendous opportunity for personal development for everyone.
